Board of Directors


Jim Baldwin was appointed President in September 2001, after serving on BARC’s Board of Directors for more than ten years. Under his leadership, BARC’s financial position has improved significantly and he is now implementing plans to transform BARC into the premier ARC in the state. Baldwin has a BA in liberal arts from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla. Jim and family live in Bakersfield, CA.

Steve Collier is the son of Thomas and Bobbie Collier of Prattville , Alabama .  Steve is a 1972 graduate of Autauga County High School and has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Southwest University .   He is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman, who is also active in leadership and on the worship team at Life Ministries Augusta. Steve resides in Grovetown , Georgia with his wife of 36 years, acclaimed artist Diannia Collier. They have two children and three grandchildren.

Keith Godwin resides with his wife Diana in Hickory, N.C. He is President and co-owner with Diana and their daughter Jaime Powell, of Godwin Insurance and Financial Services, LLC . Keith is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow and has completed 30 years in the insurance industry. Keith and Diana have two children and 3 grand children and are active members of Healing Springs Church where both minister on the praise and worship team and Keith is chairman of the board of deacons.

Don Lechner was born in western Pennsylvania and raised on a dairy farm with three brothers.
After graduating from Purchase Line High School, Don attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received training in the visual arts and obtained an A.A. in Visual Communications. Later he attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received a B.S. in Art Education. He has worked more than 30 years in the graphic arts field, author/illustrator of the humorous book, “Cowlicked! A Field Guide to Corporate Animals,” and is currently working as a proposal graphics consultant to corporations. He attends In Focus Church where he serves as an Elder and prayer intercessor. Don and Patti live in Georgia and have five sons, one daughter-in-law and twin grandsons.

Dan Webb, son of Willis and Betty Webb, long-time residents of Ponca City, Oklahoma, was elected President-Elect of the California Association of Health Underwriters.  Webb will serve a 3-year term as President-Elect, President, and Past-President. Webb, a 1969 graduate of Ponca City High School, also holds a BA in music and an MBA from Los Angeles University.  He is recognized as a member of the Leading Producer’s Roundtable as a Golden Eagle member, the highest level of attainment. Webb is managing partner, along with his daughters, in The Webb Insurance Group Dan Webb resides in Bakersfield, California with his wife of 34 years, Jana, his daughter Sarah, son-in-law Tim, granddaughter Katy, grandson Jake, daughter Jenny, and son-in-law Lee.

The largest group of American churchgoers attends small to medium sized churches. Almost half (46%) attend a church of 100 or fewer members. More than one-third (37%) attend a midsize church of over 100, but not larger than 499 (source: "The State of the Church 2016." Barna Group, September 15, 2016).  

Worship Discovery helps these grassroots churches of the world through workshops, seminars, and individual teaching. Karry brings expertise, education, and inspiration to these groups of worshippers with the help of like-minded people who choose to prayerfully and financially invest in the future of individual and congregational worship around the world.
